wEST bRANCH cOMMONS - Located at 2460 M-76 (Corner of M-76 & Business Loop I-75)
The West Branch Commons is a First of its kind large scale community use space in West Branch Township. (RIBBON CUTTING PUBLIC OPENING OCTOBER 14TH 2025)
The Commons site includes a large, paved parking lot, Two Open air market structures that can be rented, a 5,600 large pavilion that can be rented, overall community gathering with Two large Firepits, and the Township is currently seeking a tenant for the former West Branch Steel Building. The Township will retain ownership of the site and maintenance will be a dual partnership between the Township, the DDA, and residents alike to help preserve the quality of the overall site.
Open Air Market is planned to be launched for the Season in April 2026 and will be open seasonally from April thru November each year.

The Ogemaw Hills Recreation Facility
Located on a 45 plus acre parcel on the Corner of Dam Road and M-55 the Ogemaw Hills Recreation Facility has a little bit of something for Everyone. Complete with Three Ball fields one of which is lighted, an 18-hole disc gold course, and the Rifle Creek runs right through the entire site which creates a very unique outdoor experience within walking distance of The City of West Branch’s Downtown and the West Branch Township DDA District.

The Secret Campgound
One of the Best “Secrets” right on the I-75 Business Loop across the street from the Future home of the “West Branch Commons” is the West Branch Secret Campground. A forest setting right in the middle of the business district creates an atmosphere unlike most other campground where you feel like you're in the forest but still within walking distance to all the shops and food establishments.
